Each squad picks one value or commitment they want the team to take away from this outing, writes it on a napkin or notecard, and the squad lead reads it aloud. Take a photo with all the napkins held up in the centre. (Organisers: replace this with a specific team-values prompt if you have one.)
18th & Vine jazz pose
The 18th and Vine district was the heart of Kansas City jazz from the 1920s. Find the Charlie Parker statue or a jazz mural and take a squad photo with the team in a sax-blowing pose.
Anheuser-Busch brewery backdrop
The original Anheuser-Busch brewery has been brewing Budweiser since the 19th century. Find an angle on the historic Brewhouse, the Clydesdale stables or the brewery sign and take a squad photo with the team in front.

At the top of Bascom Hill on the UW campus sits a bronze Abraham Lincoln statue, a tradition for every Wisconsin grad. Climb the hill, find the statue and take a squad photo with Lincoln overlooking the team.

Ben & Jerry's scoop toast
Pop into a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop on or near Church Street, order a flavour each (Cherry Garcia, Phish Food, Chunky Monkey) and take a squad photo with everyone holding their cone up in a toast.
Black and gold spirit
Show your Pittsburgh spirit. Find someone wearing Steelers, Penguins or Pirates gear (or grab a black-and-gold towel from a shop) and take a squad photo with the whole team waving the colours.
