Coffee initiation
Find the coffee machine, kettle or whatever caffeine ritual lives here. Take a photo of yourself making your first drink at the company. Bonus if a colleague has to show you which button does what.
Coffee migration
Migrate the entire cohort to the coffee machine at the same time. Take a photo of the queue (and the look on the regulars' faces).
Cohort kick-off jump
Day one is here. Get the whole cohort in one shot, all jumping at the same time. Everyone needs to be off the ground or it does not count.
Cohort meeting room takeover
Pile every cohort member into one meeting room. Group photo, faces visible, smaller room is funnier.
Cohort superlatives
Vote on cohort superlatives ("most likely to stay late", "first to lead a project", "most snacks consumed"). Photograph the winner of the funniest category mid-acceptance speech.
Color symphony
Find an artwork with at least three different bright colors. Photograph it and write down which colors you see most. Argue if you must.
Color theme day
As a cohort, agree on one color. Tomorrow, everyone wears something in that color. Take a group photo to prove it.
Colorful house hunt
Reykjavik is famous for its candy-colored corrugated-iron houses. Find the brightest one and take a team photo in front of it.
Comic strip mural hunt
Brussels has dozens of huge comic strip murals (Tintin, Lucky Luke, Asterix). Find one and take a team photo where you imitate the character's pose.
Common ground photo
Boston Common has been a public park since 1634. Find a spot on the grass and take a casual group photo where the whole team strikes a relaxed pose, with the State House dome or trees in the background.

Find a convertible (parked or stopped at a light, do not break any laws) or any cool LA car, and take a group photo as if you are about to cruise off into the sunset together.

Pick a building you can see in full. Count exactly how many windows it has on the side facing you. Write the number on paper and photograph the building with the number visible.

Cross-functional explorers
Each cohort member finds one colleague from a department different from theirs. Bring all those colleagues into one shared photo. The wider the spread of teams, the better.
