One-minute people count
Pick a busy spot where people walk past. Set a timer for one minute and count exactly how many people walk by. Write the number down and photograph the spot.
One-way arrow
Find a ONE WAY sign (a black rectangle with a white arrow). Take a photo where every team member points in exactly the same direction as the arrow. All hands aligned, no exceptions.
Open kitchen
Find a restaurant or stall where you can watch the kitchen at work (open kitchen, market grill, simmering pot in a window). Photograph the cooking moment.
