Find a Louisiana hot sauce bottle on a deli table or shop shelf. Photograph the bottle.
Spot a hot-dog stand on Strøget
Find a pølsevogn (hot-dog cart) parked on Strøget, Nytorv or Gammel Strand. Photograph the cart with the mustard squeeze bottles visible.
Spot a hot-spring footbath
Find a free public footbath fed by geothermal water (Kuirau Park has them). Photograph the bath.
Spot a Hötorget fruit stall
Find the Hötorget open-air market with fruit stalls and the Konserthuset (Stockholm Concert Hall) behind. Photograph a stall with the building in view.
Spot a Houseboat
Amsterdam has over 2,500 houseboats! Find one and take a photo of it from the canal side.

Find a woonboot (houseboat) moored on one of the canals. Bonus if it has plants, a chimney or a cat on deck. Photograph it.

Find a Hamburger SV (blue) or FC Sankt Pauli (brown-white with skull) kit on someone or in a shop. Photograph the kit.
Spot a human castle (castellers)
During festivals (especially Sant Jordi, Mercè) you can see castellers building human towers. Otherwise find a photo, mural or statue of a casteller pyramid. Photograph the reference.
Spot a Hundertwasserhaus tile
Walk to the Hundertwasserhaus on Kegelgasse. Photograph the colourful tiled facade with the wavy floors and rooftop trees.
Spot a Hungarian dumpling (galuska)
Find a plate of nokedli/galuska (Hungarian egg dumplings, often with paprikás chicken or csirkepaprikás) on a restaurant table. Photograph the bumpy noodles.
Spot a Hungarian Mangalica pig
Find a Mangalica pig reference (the Hungarian wooly heritage pig): salami, postcards, butcher window, souvenir. Photograph the curly pig.

Find a Hungarian sausage (kolbász, especially the red paprika-spiced ones) at a deli counter or street stall. Photograph the loops.

Find a hurling stick (camán) in a sports-shop window or as a GAA souvenir. Photograph the curved wooden stick.

Find a lit candle on a café table or shop window, the daytime Danish hygge ritual. Photograph the flame.

Find a Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey bottle or neon sign. Photograph the bottle.
Spot a jade (pounamu) carving
Find a pounamu (NZ greenstone / jade) pendant carving in a shop window. Photograph the carving.
Spot a jamón leg
Find a whole jamón ibérico or serrano leg hanging in a bar, deli or tapas joint window, hoof and all. Photograph the leg with the carving stand below.
Spot a jazz musician on the street
Find a jazz musician playing on Royal Street, Frenchmen Street or Jackson Square. Photograph the musician.
Spot a John Rylands Library reading-room window
Walk to the John Rylands Research Institute and Library on Deansgate. Photograph the gothic exterior or the famous reading-room interior (no flash inside).
Spot a Joyce or Wilde statue
Find the seated James Joyce statue on North Earl Street or the lounging Oscar Wilde in Merrion Square Park. Photograph the writer.
Spot a Kafka reference
Find a Kafka reference: the Kafka Museum facade, the rotating Kafka head statue, a "Metamorphosis" cockroach mural, a Kafka quote in a window. Photograph it.
