[Customize!] Act out the inside joke
Use a group to act out a well-known inside joke or running gag from the company in a single photo. (Organizers: briefly describe here which joke or habit should be acted out, so new colleagues can join in too.)
[Customize!] The company question
A question about your own company. (Organizers: come up with a question and add the answer, for example "What year did we move into this building?" or "How many offices do we have?".)
Job charades
One person acts out the job of a colleague from another department without words, the rest guess which role it is. Record a video of the act and the first reactions.
Mix the departments
Take a photo of a group with at least three different departments in it. Everyone holds a note with the name of their department on it, so the mix is clearly visible.
The badge fan
Collect as many access cards, badges or name tags from colleagues as you can and lay them out as a fan or a stack. Take a photo of it. The bigger the fan, the more points.
The big group toast
As many colleagues as possible in one photo, all raising a drink at the moment the glasses meet. Keep trying until the clink is sharp and in frame.
The boss in the wild
Take a spontaneous, unposed photo of a manager doing something fun or silly during the outing: laughing, dancing, holding an ice cream, in the middle of a game. No stiff executive portrait.
The colleague look-alike
Find the colleague whose outfit looks most like yours today: same colour sweater, same shoes, same glasses. Stand next to each other in exactly the same pose and take a photo.
The conga line
Form a conga line with at least eight colleagues and make a lap around the space, hands on the shoulders of the person in front of you. Record a video of the line on the move.
The cross-department handshake
Two colleagues from different departments invent a secret handshake of at least four steps. Practice it, then record a video where it goes perfectly in one take.
The dance battle
Two colleagues face off in a few-second dance-off while the rest stand around cheering. Record a video of the duel.
The fake meeting
Put a group around a table in an over-the-top serious fake meeting: notepads out, pointing fingers, deep frowns, someone half-standing to write on an imaginary whiteboard. Take a photo that looks like the most important meeting of the year.
The least-office outfit
Find the colleague wearing the least office-like outfit today: a loud shirt, a silly hat, sneakers with a suit. Take a head-to-toe photo of the outfit.
The lip-sync moment
A group does a lip-sync of one line of a well-known song, complete with air guitar or a microphone fist. Record a short video of it.
The magazine cover
A group poses as a magazine cover. Come up with a title for the magazine, write it on a note and keep it in frame. Take a photo that genuinely looks like a cover.
The seniority sandwich
Find the colleague who has worked here the longest and the one who started most recently. Put them in a photo together with a third colleague between them whose years of service fall exactly in the middle.
