[Customize!] Our place
Go to a place tonight that is special to the two of you and take a photo there. (Date planner: replace this description with the place, or leave it a surprise the other has to guess.)
[Customize!] Our song
Play the song that is special to the two of you and really listen to it (or dance). Take a photo of the moment. (Date planner: fill in the song title so the other knows which song is meant.)
A beautiful door or shop front
Find a beautiful door, shop front or wall along the way. Take a photo together there, as if it is a spontaneous photo shoot.
A slow dance together
Record a short video of a slow dance moment, however brief. It can be in the restaurant (if they allow it), on the street, or in a quiet little square.
Ask someone for a photo
Ask a neighbour at the next table or a passerby to photograph the two of you. A photo of you both with no outstretched arm in sight.
Couple impression
Spot another couple nearby and imitate their pose, expression or mood in a photo. Carefully, you do not want to make it awkward.
Final photo of the night
Closing challenge: a beautiful final photo of the two of you. Not the first one you take, but the best. Try it ten times if you have to.
Hand-in-hand walk
During a short walk: ask a passerby for a photo of you holding hands, or set the timer on your phone. On the move is the best look.
Kick-off selfie
The evening starts now. Take a selfie together where the mood for tonight is instantly clear: nervous, excited, calm, mischievous, you decide.
Love note
Write something sweet for the other person on a napkin, a scrap of paper or a coaster. Take a photo of it. Then actually hand the note over.
Mirror selfie
Find a mirror somewhere (restroom, cloakroom, window, shop front) and take a mirror selfie together. Both faces visible.
Secret talent
Show each other one secret talent the other did not know about. Record a short video of it: juggling napkins, a tongue curl, a strange foot trick, anything counts.
Silliest faces
Take a photo where the two of you pull the silliest possible faces. No polite little smiles, genuinely ridiculous.
Stars or city lights
Take a photo of the night sky or the city lights. Bonus if you are both in it, with the sky or skyline behind you.
The setting
Take a photo of the place where you are sitting right now: the restaurant, the bar, the terrace. Catch the light, the table and a bit of the evening feel.
The toast
First drinks on the table. Clink glasses and take a photo at the moment the glasses meet. Bonus for a good toast.
Three wishes together
Write down three wishes you have for the time ahead, together. Small or big, silly or serious. Photo of the note.
