Christmas lights hunt
Find the most beautiful or most over-the-top Christmas lights you can: a house, a street, a window full of fairy lights. Take a photo of it.
Christmas market stall
If you are at a Christmas market: photo by the most festive stall. If you are at home: build your own little stall with things on a table.
Christmas tree pose
Find a Christmas tree (at home, in a square, in a shop window) and take a group photo by the tree. The more decorated, the better.
Final photo by the tree
Closing challenge: a big group photo by a Christmas tree (at home or outdoors). Everyone in it, everyone smiling. Merry Christmas.
Nativity or Christmas decoration
Spot a nativity scene, a reindeer decoration, a snowman or another Christmas figure. Take a photo where your team imitates its pose.

Santa hats on
Everyone in the photo wearing a Santa hat (real or homemade from paper or a sock). All at once, no excuses.
Snow or almost-snow
If there is snow: photo in the snow with the team. No snow? Take a photo of something white (a sheet, paper flakes, foam) standing in for snow.
Ugly Christmas sweater
Find, borrow or invent the ugliest Christmas sweater you can. Take a team photo with as many ugly sweaters in frame at once as possible.
Unwrapping pose
Photo of someone unwrapping a gift super tense or super excited (it can be a box, a bag or a wrapped book). Exaggerate the reaction.
Warm drinks
Photo of the team with mulled wine, hot chocolate or another warm drink in both hands. Steam rising is a bonus.
With Santa
Find a Santa (real or a decoration, an inflatable one on a roof counts too) and take a photo with the team next to him. Wish him a merry Christmas.
