Bake-off
Bake or design a Christmas cookie, gingerbread or something edible in a Christmas shape together. It can be a clumsy decoration of fruit or bread. Photo of the result.
Bat hunt
Find a bat (decoration, sticker, drawn on a window, cut from paper). Take a photo with the team copying its pose.
Best face paint
The most professionally face-painted person of the night. Take a close-up photo of the face.
Candy hunt
Gather as much candy as you can (ask for it, buy it, find it at home) and take a photo with all the candy in one pile. The more, the better.
Christmas carol belt
Record a short video of the team singing one line of a Christmas carol. "Last Christmas", "Jingle Bells", "Silent Night", you choose.
Christmas film scene
Act out a scene from a famous Christmas film with your team (Home Alone, Love Actually, The Grinch, Frozen). Take a photo or short video of it.
Christmas greeting to a stranger
Ask a stranger (a cashier, a market vendor, a passerby) to wish you a merry Christmas, and wish it back. Photo together.
Christmas lights hunt
Find the most beautiful or most over-the-top Christmas lights you can: a house, a street, a window full of fairy lights. Take a photo of it.
Christmas market stall
If you are at a Christmas market: photo by the most festive stall. If you are at home: build your own little stall with things on a table.
Christmas tree pose
Find a Christmas tree (at home, in a square, in a shop window) and take a group photo by the tree. The more decorated, the better.
Christmas wreath
Find a Christmas wreath (on a door, in a shop window, on a table) and take a team photo with it. It can be a real wreath or a silly version made of food or paper.
Creepiest snack
Make something edible that looks creepy: sausage fingers, olive eyeballs, pasta snakes, a bloody ketchup snack. Photo of the result.
Final photo by the tree
Closing challenge: a big group photo by a Christmas tree (at home or outdoors). Everyone in it, everyone smiling. Merry Christmas.
Final photo of the Halloween crew
Closing challenge: a big team photo with everyone in full Halloween mode. Pumpkins, costumes, candy bags, all in it. Trick or treat!
Ghost pose
The whole team poses as ghosts: arms up, mouths open, white sheets or jackets over their heads. Photo in the spookiest pose you can manage.
Ghost video
Record a short video of the team making the creepiest sounds you can: screaming, moaning, cackling like a witch. Ten seconds max.
Kick-off with a mask
First team photo with everyone in costume or masked. It can be a paper mask, a sheet over your head or a real costume.
Make a jack-o-lantern
Carve or draw a face on a pumpkin, orange or piece of paper. Take a photo of the jack-o-lantern, with a candle if you can.
Nativity or Christmas decoration
Spot a nativity scene, a reindeer decoration, a snowman or another Christmas figure. Take a photo where your team imitates its pose.
Pumpkin pose
Find a pumpkin (real, paper, rubber or hand-drawn) and take a photo where someone copies the pumpkin's expression.
