Frequently asked questions
The duration is up to the organizer when they set up the adventure. As a guideline, a focused day across Broadway, Lower Broad, the Ryman and the Gulch ticks off most of the easy items, and stretching across a weekend (with Music Row and East Nashville) lets a determined group complete all 30.
Each of the 30 items is a camera challenge. When you spot the thing, take a photo and submit it; the bingo card tracks progress. Play solo, with friends or split into teams and race to tick off the most items.
Some items (a specific honky-tonk band, the Bluebird Cafe) need timing. Sweep Lower Broadway for honky-tonks and cowboy boots, the Ryman for music history, the Gulch and East Nashville for murals, Music Row for the studios.
Lower Broadway (the honky-tonk strip), the Ryman Auditorium and the Gulch hit the most items in a walking loop. Add East Nashville for murals and 12 South for the I Believe in Nashville sign.
Yes during the day. Kids love spotting cowboy boots, fried chicken, country guitars and the Ryman; adults enjoy hunting honky-tonks, bourbon and Country Music Hall of Fame. Broadway nightlife is adult-oriented.
