Frequently asked questions
The duration is up to the organizer when they set up the adventure. As a guideline, a focused day across the Innere Stadt, Ringstraße and Schönbrunn ticks off most of the easy items, and stretching the game across a weekend (with the Prater and Belvedere) lets a determined group complete all 30.
Each of the 30 items is a camera challenge. When you spot the thing, take a photo and submit it; the bingo card tracks progress. Play solo, with friends or split into teams and race to tick off the most items.
Some items (fiaker carriage, Lipizzaner horse training session) need timing. Sweep the Innere Stadt for the easy items, the Hofburg area for horses and the Spanish Riding School, Schönbrunn or Belvedere for palaces, the Prater for the Ferris wheel.
The Innere Stadt and Ringstraße hit the most items in a walking loop. Add a U-Bahn or tram ride to Schönbrunn, Belvedere and the Prater for the harder items. Naschmarkt for food stalls, Karlsplatz for the Otto Wagner stations.
Yes. Kids love spotting the fiakers, the Riesenrad and the Lipizzaner stables; adults enjoy hunting Sachertorte, Klimt references and Vienna coffee houses. No alcohol stops are required.
