Frequently asked questions
The duration is up to the organizer when they set up the adventure. As a guideline, a focused day across the Old Town, the Royal Route, Łazienki Park and Praga ticks off most of the easy items, and stretching across a weekend lets a determined group complete all 30.
Each of the 30 items is a camera challenge. When you spot the thing, take a photo and submit it; the bingo card tracks progress. Play solo, with friends or split into teams and race to tick off the most items.
Some items (a Chopin bench playing, a milk bar at the right hour) need timing. Sweep the Old Town for colourful facades, the Royal Route for palaces, Łazienki for peacocks and the Praga district for street art and pierogi.
The Old Town (Stare Miasto) hits the most items in a walking loop, plus the Royal Route south. Łazienki Park is the best for peacocks and the Chopin Statue. The Praga district on the east bank is for street art and the harder cultural items.
Yes. Kids love spotting the Warsaw Mermaid, pierogi, the colourful Old Town and the peacocks in Łazienki Park; adults enjoy hunting Chopin benches, milk bars and the Palace of Culture. No alcohol stops are required.
